Mission

Since its founding in 2019, the Historical Preservation Society of the First Nation Peoples has dedicated its resources of historical information, digital exhibits, and educational materials to introduce people to the cultures of First Nation Peoples. The First Nation Peoples' mission is to promote and share a deeper understanding through the collection, preservation, and interpretation of their traditional and contemporary art, culture, literature, and online educational resources.

The website includes archeological, ethnographic and art objects of First Nation Peoples and Inuit people from the Paleo-Indian time period through the present day. The site serves as a resource for schools, First Nation Peoples, and for researchers from other educational and cultural institutions. The site is dedicated to work collaboratively with each of its constituencies in all of its activities, including digital exhibitions, online lecture series, online workshops, and a library of downloadable resources.

The site's main focus' are First Nation Peoples history, digital exhibits, and educational resources.
